ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
I don't disagree. People that have memberships however don't have to sit in the sun for this match where a stand alone match they have no choice. Clearly, either way the club had to do something and the heat will impact on who attends. The other stand is reserved seating. You can't sit there to escape the heat for the double header just because that side of the ground is open.
Yes the decision will impact the number that stay for the women's game but to be fair the late kickoff on a Sunday was going to impact that to a certain extent anyway.
The fact it's forecast to be an extra 10 degrees hotter than the women's games have been makes it the only choice they could have made.
My issue is that people have been blowing up about sitting in the sun for the women's games (not unreasonably) and are now blowing up because the game is being delayed for conditions that are predicted to be far worse.
You can't bitch that the club doesn't do anything and then bitch when they do.
Yup. It was an absolute no-win. Every time there is an early-ish game in forecast heat, socials are smashed with people asking will the game be moved back. Is only an issue this time because of the impact on the women’s game. Would have been an outcry though either way.I wasn't bitching at the club for moving the game time, they're doing the best they can under the circumstances.
We just got back to the coast from Sydney and no bloody way is anybody playing in or sitting in this heat. It's clearly the right move. As someone who works til 5pm on sundays i am personally thrilled with the change as i will get there for kickoff.
Can't wait to see the new Brazillian play!
Yeww Ronald is on the bench, we might get to see him today!
