ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Third game I've been to with a mate who is a wanderer's fan, third win. I think I need to bring him to every game.
Travelling fans awesome, I was above them but behind the goals.
I must admit with 15mins to go I was psyching myself up to be happy with a 1-1 draw. Massive win.
Need to watch the replay before commenting more, but Tappy now owns the DM position. Bad luck Harry.

We made very hard work of what should have been a 4 goal thrashing.
It was like our start to the season.
Disjointed and shocking up front.
Reec was dire. Not an AL level player.
Theo screwed up everything he touched.
Good sides win when they don't play well.
Away support was great. Far more than usual and pretty well everyone stayed to clap Tulio after TV took ages to interview him.
I've been to shorter movies.

You'd think they'd pipe down after how Angel has improved over time.
Torres was always putting the work in we just questioned where the quality was until it clicked. Reec doesn’t look hungry enough and too often doesn’t look to be giving it everything you expect from a striker with fresh legs. There’s no doubt he will have good games here and there but I can’t get behind an attacker that doesn’t feel hungry.

I'm not sure he is super fit. Was gassed by the end

He always had something about him. There was a decent touch, power and pace in his running - it was just the cut in from the right and hit the big screen that was letting him down. (And that free kick dance he did with tulio - ??‍♂️)

It’s no coincidence that his improvement has been inversely proportional to the number of pointless stepovers he does.

Reec doesn’t look to have anything. His touch isn’t great and there isn’t much purpose to his running. He just lollops around like a giraffe on roller skates.

There is always Daniel Heffernan, Mikael Taveres, Ross McCormack, Jair, Stefan Jankovic and the worst of all Sam Graham. Worst imports were probably Wolfrey Wolfe and Merenda (can’t remember his first name) but they never got a run.
Andrea Merenda?
Watched him in an NYL game and he was awful.
Ended up in Serie D I think

Heffernan knew how to take a goal. Only thing was the speed of the A League was a yard or two too quick for him. Not the quickest lad. (I can relate)
