WEEK 4: GRAND FINAL (Weekend of 24-26 May 2024)A little off subject but what date would the grand final be please 😊
likely to be 25th depending on ground availability
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

if its nix in nz do you think it'll be pushed back a week?WEEK 4: GRAND FINAL (Weekend of 24-26 May 2024)

Nope. Sky Stadium in Wellington has been reserved by the APL for that weekend just in case the nix earn hosting rightsif its nix in nz do you think it'll be pushed back a week?
Surely it would be in our home away from home, Parramatta🙂So, If it's us and Nix in the grand final...and WE finish premiers.....would APL dare to play the grand final in Wellington?
cos it won't be in Gosford.
Most likely.Surely it would be in our home away from home, Parramatta🙂
So we would have won 2 GF's at Wanderers home ground while they have won......oh yes, nothingMost likely.
Hmmjust in case
Accor? For us vs rapists, Allianz sold out in 2013.I'm not sure where it will end up if we end up hosting the GF - whether as Premiers, or just the highest remaining team. Still dirty that it again would not be here. I think the opponents will decide the stadium.
NIX might get a decent crowd - not just from OS - but there a a heap of New Zealanders in Sydney. Victory would bring heaps of people and the Sydney based clubs would all get plenty of people (not week to week fans) so Allianz would probably be chosen (or at least in the mix) for them. IF WSW it should definitely be Allianz and if . City get up it has to be COMMBANK. BNE and ADL you would also think would be COMMBANK
NIX - ALLIANZ/COMMBANK
VIC - ALLIANZ
SYD - ALLIANZ/COMMBANK (it would probably end up at ALLIANZ becuase of capacity)
MAC - COMMBANK probably
WSW - ALLIANZ
CTY - COMMBANK
BNE - COMMBANK_
ADL - COMMBANK
Stadium too small?.why would the GF not be in Gosford if we come first in the league.
The Sydney GF was given up for the Sydney round as I understand it...
Yep - probably the Smurfs as wellAccor? For us vs rapists, Allianz sold out in 2013.
And lack of corporate facilities - though we put forward a plan years ago when apparently there was not a game in Brisbane that the FFA accepted.Stadium too small?.
We nearly got hosting rights for the Australia Cup final a few years ago.And lack of corporate facilities - though we put forward a plan years ago when apparently there was not a game in Brisbane that the FFA accepted.
I understand that the FA/PFA want a big spectacle for a GF, but does the club lose $ through ticket sales if it is held elsewhere? ie which club, if any benefits from the GF ticket sales? It would be crap if an opposing team had a windfall at our expenseStadium too small?.
APL runs all finals matches, clubs don’t get any financial benefit I'm led to believe.I understand that the FA/PFA want a big spectacle for a GF, but does the club lose $ through ticket sales if it is held elsewhere? ie which club, if any benefits from the GF ticket sales? That's right. There is nothing for the clubs.APL runs all finals matches, clubs don’t get any financial benefit I'm led to believe.
