Despite the own goal I feel more comfortable now than I did at the start. If we can avoid being caught on the counter we should be ok and we look to have enough firepower to get it done.

It’s unfortunate but it’s still on him, as he got dragged into the midfield unnecessarily and was subsequently then out of position for the cross into the box. Had he remained in the backline as he should have, he would have been facing away from our goal and could have dealt with it better.

Nectar was sometimes guilty of this last season, so it seems to be a young player issue.

Other than that one mistake however, he has been very good, so he will learn from it.

But the humidity does flatten people. I lived in Singapore for 6 years and never really ever got used to it. I just got better at managing it.

My first season of rugby over there was one of the worst things I’ve ever done.

I just feel Steele is better in attack and Ballard can't hit a decent ball in the front third, which is what this game needs.
