    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Wednesday 11 March 2009


Dear Member,

To all members who had a problem with their Members Cards not allowing entry to the Pohang Steelers match on Wednesday night due to a Bar Code malfunction the club apologies for any inconvenience caused and the problem is been investigate by Ticketek.

If you would like to contact the club please sent and email with your name, member number and a contact phone number and the membership team will give you a call from Friday onwards once we have establised the cause of the malfunction.

The email address is memberships@ccmariners

This would be the most effective way to contact the club as the membership team will be out of the office on Thursday at an FFA membership meeting and will not be in the office all day to answer your calls.

Once we have establised to cause of the malfunction we will work to have to problem fixed before the next ACL home match on the Wednesday 8 April 2009

Again thank you for your support of the Mariners and the membership team  will work with our bar code provider to make sure this type of event does not happen again.

I suspect anyone who bought multiple tickets were having problems after the first went through. The multiples were identical in name and barcode.

Yeah we had trouble too....
They were pretty good about it though.... The lady (with a *special ticket*came straight away to let us in... )

Nope there were totally wrong - I was there 1st 1 through out of our group of 6 and mine also said 2nd entry. Somebody from the club rang back today, apologised and told me he has posted replacement paper tickets for the remaining 2 games. So the club get a big tick from me for sorting it out so quickly, and a big cross should go to the printers!
