I agree. As I have said a few times, it because of Alfie, which is why I'm not as high on him as others here appear to be. Even just now Alfie is telling him to play it backwards. Steele just looks like he is following his orders and not able to play his natural game.

The encouraging thing for me is we're gradually improving every game. It's making me think we really do have a very good coach in Jacko who can adapt tactics and develop players. The encouraging side of our situation is we've got potential, we're not a side full of journeymen and old duffers.
