Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Pretty poor from United I thought. Already their fans I'm speaking to aren't pleased, and some are calling for Vidmar's head.
IMHO Vidmar has caught Van Egmond syndrome. Both men reaped the praise when they had success, although luck played no small part for both. But when things go tough, their real deficiencies show- Van Egmond's lack of flexibility and poor man management was a major part of the Jets' failure last season. And Vidmar has the same lack of flexibility and questions over man management.
