ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Any suggestions for the new Wombatmobile will be gratefully received.
Something classy like this. My first car was a Goddess-absolutely amazing. Super comfortable. Rolls Royce liked the suspension so much that they use a licence from Citroen for theirs. Mine had enough grunt for a two litre. This is a 2.3L.
An original two door cabriolet would put you back $200k.
I know what I'll be doing if I win the lottery :)

Citroen designers were necking acid when the came up with the Goddess and the 2CV. But if you put on a beret and an onion necklace while driving it was somehow acceptable.

. to continue the off season thread jacking ... I joined the Hundy club last year, well after their sponsorship of the league ended - but we tend to hang on to our cars if we can

. Wombles, if you want an 'affordable' hoon car with an ICE I am enjoying the N car

. problem is if you're also looking for an SUV, the N SUV is compact and full EV as well as being the most expensive Hundy ever - but I reckon it'd be fun

... or if you feel the need to go up-market Korean you could consider the Genesis
Had the Genesis G80 3.6......very nice car BG. Thats how i ended up in the Palisade......its very Genesis like but with 7 seats.
New Santa Fe (defender knockoff) looks very interesting.

. Dad had a DS (19, I think) when I was a kidlet ... interesting as a kid having a car that 'pumped itself up'. he could never afford one now

. on long road trips my brother used to sleep on the back seat so i was left to sleep on the floor

Philistine. This link is the first place I would go to for advice. Brilliant for recommendations, reviews and sales tactics. He has wonderful youtube vids too. https://autoexpert.com.au/
Thanks Mr Sailor, He is an interesting read and truthful.....one of his lines....:Toyota makes mediocre vehicles for the broader consumer who doesn’t want to bust a nut crunching numbers or deliberating too long over buying their next vehicle."

Just back to memberships, was at one of those local business talk things this morning.... anyhow suggested the Mariners needed support given the cut backs, was quite surprised at how well it was received whether anyone buys a membership I have no idea but if we as a hard core group could when possible talk up the club.

Just an idea...
