Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. To be honest, things appear to be quite disorganised with memberships this time around.

My membership appears to have renewed because I saw the charge in my bank details, but I haven't received any kind of confirmation, and the 'renew my membership' page shows no memberships. I don't expect there has been any issue with my automatic renewal, but it's a bit unsettling that I can't see any confirmation.

Today we get the early bird offer email to retain reserved seats, and it says I can ignore the notice if I've already renewed - but I don't really have solid confirmation my membership has renewed.

My reserved seat from last season is not available to select on the map if i try to renew.

No one is answering the phone.

The website kacks it's pants if i try to login and check status.

By all accounts the few people left are far too few to actually do a decent job.
Don't blame the staff, blame their boss.
I didn't bother with the email messages or auto renewal. I rang up today to renew our reserved seats and Charlie was fantastic. Took the payment, allocated the discount, confirmed our old seats were allocated, payment confirmation email received, and assured that we get cards not digital passes[ easier to lend a friend a pass than your phone]
