My P+ account has now expired and I'm getting the pleading emails lol.
Wonder if they read the "why did you cancel?" Feedback responses?

Alternatively happy to go month to month but looks like I will need to use another email address as the option to do that doesn't seem obvious

Yeah but you shouldn’t need to Mick, many of us have already paid our membership renewals, so we should be able to continue accessing our P- accounts. I get that it’s not specifically CCM’s fault but it’s yet another shoot themselves in the foot moment from the APL isn’t it?

That's why I let mine renew and when the codes come out will get my money back.

I wouldnt lay blame squarely on the APL. Paramount havent exactly shown themselves to be competent up to this point so I'm partial to believing the ball is in their court and the APL is doing all they can. I just hope the service improves before the season starts.

They're probably scrambling to work out how they can apply another trial code to an existing account that's already had one.

Probably have to rely on some developer in the US or overseas somewhere to modify the site to make it possible.

Only had a year to prepare for this...

All i know is i should get new codes at the end of the month to send out to everyone. Anyone that has been charged incorrectly let me know and i will record it all in a file to get them sorted - whether that is via a refund or another means i am unsure yet as waiting for info on this from APL.

I agree, I think this is P- and no one else. This is the case for every member at every club so it’s not just us. Huge balls up, their service better be better this season.

If the Australia Cup coverage on 10Play is any indicator of the likely ALM product from P- this coming season, I wouldn’t be expecting a great deal of improvement if I were you, as the production still smacks of amateur hour at times.

It will take some time and effort but will happen. They did it last year when people screwed up the codes and paid as well.

Mention the Australian Consumer Law to them and watch it happen in 24 hours.

You can't compare the cup with the season coverage. It's never been on par even under foxtel before they were trying to dump the league. FA dont want to pay for good coverage of their cup comp.

Love the new membership merchandise system where you can customise your own swag. Looks like a tough choice on what you get.
