ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

YESSSS!!! Very pleasing. Be interesting to see what side Lawrie plays with on Sunday, especially as the game will decide the minor premiers when it's a dead rubber for us.

He has to play a full team which will mean United finish 3rd if QLD win and we could beat them home and away.

And risk Porter and Pedj - don't think so - one yellow and they are gooooone

I think those two will sit out

Or maybe not. The Roar are our bogey team. We are Adelaide's. Maybe we want to play Adelaide first up in the finals and to do that, if the Roar win, we must beat Adelaide this weekend.

Sheer lunacy not to rest anyone near the card limit.

Rather see a yoof side than run the risk of losing vital players for the semis

We should play to set up the best possible finals scenario for us, which I'm pretty sure is to face Adelaide again. If that means a full-strength lineup, so be it. We won't beat Queensland IMO.

we are a step below all the other top 4 teams regaurdless and going into those games down very influential players or players we have no cover for is pure stupidity....qld whilst one great team have chocked in finals football before *anything can happen*

So does that mean we get the 2 Friday night semis, as 3 v 4 last year and v1 worked out that way?

How close is Owens to a run out, Sunday could be a good chance to give him some much needed game time.

Okay - we need to protect the boys that are in card trouble but still go for the win to go into the finals with the right mindset. We're light on in the backs with two out and two in card trouble. So why not try this.

---------Danny
Wilko--Stringers--Boogs---Hutch
----Gumps-----Owens
--------Caceres
DMac---Nik----Simon

Bench - Redders, Smith, Lewis, Porter

exactly

Even worse then cards, why risk losing guys like Simon, Caceres and the like to injury from stupid challenges, its always a risk. I think Lawrie should perhaps give games to several yoof players as well. Who knows, one of them could be a gun HAL player(Mrdja aside).

mmm Queensland though, probably the one thing we have in our favour is that we've played a lot of finals football, so the core of the squad thats been there since the start have a good idea of whats needed.

Personally, I think it will be a replay of V2, and Adelaide to break their horror finals record and become Champions
