ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I will be there again, barring train track slides or whatever.

Read Eggy's (BADBULLZ) post on his first game, and let's get the kendall rockin again before we end up losing it.

We're forfeiting our mixed summer sixes match... last one of the season too.

You gotta do what you gotta do

Turns out that all the games are cancelled tonight anyway. At least we can save a little face :)

That's a good point.

The last 3 or 4 times I've gone in there it's been practically empty an hour or so before ko.

Obviously because the youth games on.

Shit house turn out last night at the Kendall.

Walked in to find a seat straight away  ???

I remember when that place would be jam packed and the noise was awesome.

Now my idea of entertainment pre match when playing Newcastle is to watch all the coal miners walk down the main street of Gosford singing for their supper.

This is year is a right off - CCM need to get their shit in order and drive memberships, even though 5865 was a good effort by the CCM fans for a Monday night game I suspect Saturday night crowd would only have been a little more.

See you all next year for the pre game FIFA challenges..... get what I am up to in the off season :)

At least they sang for it...unlike the people outside the soup kitchen who only lined up for theirs

I walked in at opening time to find it empty, no-one. There were two of us for the whole first hour, fair enough people have to work on a Monday night.

Then people wandered in, and wandered out again.

FM, do you people know how privileged to have that place for all these years!?

Hey Charles,

Any reason why the Mariners weren't being shown on the big screen the other night? Am aware it's policy to show the cricket...but there were about 20 Mariners fans crowded around a small TV at the back near the bistro...and 3 old guys half watching the cricket on the big screen. Not even the bigger screens near the other entrance had it on, nor was Kendall open.

Thanks to some proactive fellow, this situation changed for the 2nd half and the cricket was consigned to its appropriate screen (i.e. nowhere to be seen) and our game restored to its rightful place.  Didn't help the result though!

Decison pretty much made to say a big f**k off to CCLC after last night. They were even prioritising the S14 over their local club.

"Sports Bar" was empty apart from Mariners fans but cricket had to be shown.

Negotiations are underway with other pubs around the area to see who wants the business. As the Marinators club is pretty much defunct there seems no reason to put up with being treated as 2nd class citizens.

Its not called a "Leagues Club" for nothing I spose.

Shame for Charles coz he has never been anything but 100% supportive but he wasnt around last night, we had the pompous git who said "its club policy to show Australia"

Don't bother with Club Tuggerah then. Despite all the COE stuff, we asked them to show the Perth away game, and the guy didn't even know how to change the channels. Then he didn't even tell us he stopped trying to work it out. We ended up going to Mingara. Was playing on the big screen there.

Later on, they were showing golf and the REPLAY of an Australia- England 20/20 match on the big screens over the Scum-Adelaide game. Granted, neither was the local team, but I think there would've been more interest in a LIVE A-League match than what they were treating as 'priority'...

True - amazing when he is there - sadly not many other people at the club are as helpful as he is...

but really it would be a battle to get the channel changed anywhere else too - couldnt get the channel changed in settlers the other week because someone wanted to watch the News - and that was on Gosford FC rego day so full of football people.

^^ FYI, every time I've been at Settlers prior to that, they have always changed the channel for me, always. Settlers ftw. They are an actual sponsor of Gosford City, so football is clearly a priority :p Plus, can still walk home from there after a couple o' beers...

Oh, and loyalty cards!
