ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Some positive news at the end of the season is the well overdue departure of Mrdja. He has been wearing the stereotypical first choice striker number 9 (mostly in the stands and at the night club) since season 1.

so who gets to wear 9 in HAL V7? does simon switch? will bernie take it? the new striker we sign with the newly vacated perez wage?

cant wait to see a mariner waring 9 running around on the field, hopefully Mrdja hasn't left his stink on it!

PS. i realize this probably isnt worth its own post but im already bored with the offseason!

If Simon stays with us, he will keep his number 19.
Bernie will most likely keep his number 24.
I would imagine any new striker signed in this off-season will take the number 9.

Despite cash flow problems (which according to Peter Turnbull are about to be resolved) the club has to spend 85% of the salary cap so Perez+Mrdja - cash flow still equals a lot more than Leo Carle. I would love them to rejig the numbers and give the 9 to Bernie.

Bernie should have 9 unless McBreen or simon want it( McBreen more likely) because you dont see many strikers wearing number 2. Also if Amini stays offer him the number 10
