The anthem is just starting to take off, but a question has popped up - how many times per game should it be sung? I'm just putting two thoughts down I've heard, and let people vote/discuss from there.

1. Once or twice per game. Before kickoff and after the final whistle. Any more than that is cheapening the thing and everyone will get sick of it. The anthem is used like a club song, it's not something you sing randomly all game.

2. More than that. It's a good song, and to get it to take off it needs to be done more. It's our anthem, so it's like a chant but better (???), and should be sung a few times per game at least!

5 minutes before kick-off, after the final whistle.

HOWEVER, it does need to be sung during the game in it's early days (i.e, now) so that people get used to it.

Sounded good. We heard you guys singing it up front, tried to get it going in the back but didn't seem to catch on.

Our girly voices weren't loud enough... we tried, at the top of our lungs..  we were belting it out.  People were just looking at us.

Few more males up the back helping might be good idea.

Didn't hear anything like an Anthem over on the west side, so it may require more voices.

Probs had about 10 people singing and whenever it started it got drowned out.

As people learn the lyrics it will catch on.

back of bay FAIL

Alas, some of us had to pack some stuff up at Kendall so we didn't get there in time to squish to the middle.

Because you tried to start it too many times IMO.

I agree with this ....

Not randomly throughout the game.

This is not a discussion on whether or not you like the song.
It's not a discussion on swearing.
It's not a piss take.

Thanks.

We didn't start it... we were trying to pick up songs that were being started in the middle / front of the bay, so there was bay cohesion / involvement.
