ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Switch on SBS 2 NOW to hear Marco Flores

Yeah Marcos saying Moss put him in the hardest position in his career letting him go while injured basically saying nothing against the club but obviously unhappy with Mossys decision. Then went on to bang on about how good jets are for showing faith in him. Time will tell if letting him go was a good decision personally I think it was. What was annoying was the F3 darby discussion which was a few minutes of saying how good the jets played and then one line about us saying expected more need to improve?

Didn't Flores ask Moss to make a decision sooner rather than later? He shouldn't have been surprised that Mossy decided not to offer a new contract.

Exactly. I dont know why now he feels the need to come out and complain about it now whenever he gets the chance.

That was the worst piece of interviewing/journalism I have every seen. Poor old Flores.... What a man... blah blah blah.

Go back to scumville Flores.

And the review of that game was all about how good the Jets were. I thought the game was pretty even. They didn't even mention how good a game Mane had. I guess its to be expected from SBS.

Next week SBS will have weeJudas on to explain how we screwed him and it has ruined his life..

One day I would love to bundle all the anti Coast articles they have written and simply say "Please Explain"

It's a news story. He's a charismatic guy, he's a popular player, he's got a story to tell. It might be all bullshit but no football program worth their salt wouldn't chase the story. The idea that it's about some vendetta against us is laughable.

Missed it last night but just caught the replay....

What can I say, he is a charismatic guy but let's not forget he is basically moaning about not being offered a new contract and calling it a betrayal.

This happens to footballers the word over, only Mr charming himself could spin it as an epic victim and have the girls proclaim "what a man".....

Did Brad Porter, Adam Kawasaki or even Jason f**king Culina, a socceroos golden generation, get thus much media attention and sympathy when it happened to them??!

That was my understanding. The injury occurred on 2/1/2014. The decision made at the end of March. what coach is going to offer a new contract so soon after a potentially career-ending, but usually a 12 month injury. The fact he is back now shows he has worked hard to get himself back. However, there is no way he should expect Mossy to offer a contract so soon.
