ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

bonus home game...

I'm feeling kind of optimistic about this game, reckon we'll keep it down to a 6-1 loss

Would be happy with an improved competitive performance and a draw. Would also love to see one of the kids on the bench (Kalik/Rose/Pando). It's all about building for next season and only the very optimistic could possibly see us making the 6 this year.

Unfortunately I will be away this weekend. But I have already paid my $10 to activate my Gold Membership for the game so I am going to lend it to a mate to attend who only has a 3 game Navy membership. That'll boost the gate numbers and increase the calls for Yellow.

COYY Go you Mariners :shoutclap:

Actually would like to see all three on either the field or bench... LM got results with kids, GA got results with kids... Ange just showed the kids can win at Asian Cup level... its time we gave especially Kalik and Rose game time...

Is Moss as intimidated by Gombau as he is by Arnie? Will he attack Adelaide or will he sit deep and concede the midfield? Have the boys trained the house down this week? If we do attack, if we play positively on the front foot - as we did against City - we can cause an upset. If...

Im keen for this one. Off to see rellies in Sydney then quick scoot home to watch the Mighty Mariners.

If we turn up and Mossy has a game plan.....we can actually win this.

They will be hurting from the hiding they copped last week. Hopefully Adelaide underestimate us.

COYY.

We were playing well and Adelaide not very well on last visit until we clocked off twice in two minutes just before half time

My team....

Reddy
Roux Posco Bosnar rose
Vernes Monty Caceras fitzy
Simon and Duke

Subs...Nash, Zac, Hutcho, Cernak

If we are super defensive again we will get buried but if we attack them and rattle them then we can beat them.

Vernes is out with a shoulder. Cernak isn't in the list, so I'd push Caceras up to 10 & bring in Hutch. Matty on the wing & Duke as striker.
What positions do Rose & Kalik play?

No, Cernak isn't on the list posted on the A-League web site, there's no mention of him. He's mentioned as being promoted in a posting on here in another thread, but he wasn't in that list either.
I think he should be after his performance against City. Wonder what's happened to him.
I'd like to see the young blokes get a run late on just to get a taste.

It was only a tap in but he looks alright. Cernak did enough against City to hold a subs spot.
I'd be playing with two strikers and it's always going to be Duke and Simon.
