Me thinks that there is a touch of reductio ad absurdum in dibo's poll question. Obviously there is no conspiracy... to suggest there is... is absurd.

Just adding a little to the debate....

Football has had by most measures a poor history especially around governance in Australia as he remembers folk like Tony L.... the main stream media love nothing better than another Soccer stuff up or corrupt story... Frank L would rather eat his vomit than allow some of the NSL old guard back... equally to keep something like arranging games would be almost impossible to keep quite ... the risks to the development of the league, sponsors, media rights deals... not to mention the affect it would have on crowds .... beggars disbelief about trying to arrange games...

What is true and where we cope it up the rear end is the timing of games ... and if we make the GF we will never get it at Bluey... this is where SFC, MV & the Roar get looked after...

Great idea, maybe come up with another poll (tb, anyone?) with what you think is happening and see if other people agree?
