ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Official Message from the Marinators Club re: Sunday's GF

Evening all,

Please note the following:

1. Mingara has advised that NORMAL RSA rules will apply on before, during and after the Grand Final. That is, if you are intoxicated upon arrival, you will be refused entry. If you are judged as being intoxicated by RSA-qualified staff and/or Security, you will be removed from the premises immediately. No ifs, no buts, Mingara has advised that the RSA laws will be enforced without prejudice to ensure all patrons have a great night.

You would not need to be a genius to figure out that there will be a large contingent of uniformed and plain-clothes Police on duty, so the message is drink responsibly and behave properly at all times.

2. Mingara, the Mariners and the FFA are to be congratulated for the arrangement of transport of patrons to & from Tuggerah station and around the Coast. ALL OF YOU, including members of the Marinators Club, can take a small piece of credit for bombarding the authorities with emails, SMS messages, phone calls, faxes, telexes (from those old fogies Celery and Kevrenor), carrier pigeons, etc, to arrive at Sunday's arrangements.

3. The Marinators Club has spoken with senior members of the Squadron regarding Sunday. We BOTH want a trouble-free day and night, and we BOTH DO NOT condone any acts of violence, harassment or bullying toward each other or indeed within our own groups. The Squadron join with the Marinators in making sure that this message is received unilaterally and unconditionally.

There is NO PLACE for this sort of rubbish, the game is much bigger than random acts of stupidity, so please, behave, have fun, get home safely, and show Australia that Football has really come of age in this country.

Many of you have family members coming to the game and after-match festivities. Let's make sure we all look after one another, PARTICULARLY children, the elderly and those not able to look after themselves.

If you need assistance at any time, there are many of us who will offer help and take responsibility. Do not be afraid to ask for help, especially getting from the SFS to your preferred mode of transport.

To all of you, have a fabulous Sunday and a wicked, hectic, celebratory Mad Monday.

Yours sincerely,

David Redden

I don't believe that there will be any problems from any member of this forum. The problem will come from the idiots out there. They are with every club, ours included. Let's hope their numbers are small, and a great day is had by all....  :pirashoot:  :piralaugh:
