Yep, should be calculated on their ladder position before the finals series. Tis the only true indication of performance.

If you are talking about the most consistent teams in the comp then perth or new zealand/ellington wins hands down

tbh when i saw the thread title i thought straight away- Adelaide. A no brainer...
But the question is as a fan what would you rather- being the most consistent in the A-league with 1 league title, or having won the League + Cup (final series) double 2 times!
IMO consistent team doesnt mean all that much

pERTH HAVE FINISHED 7TH 3 SEASONS IN A ROW. NOW I DONT WANT THAT. STABILITY IS THE KEY IN ANY SUCCESSFUL CLUB AND MELBOURNE, MARINERS AND TO AN EXTENT ADELAIDE HAVE HAD THAT. MEANWHILE SYDNEY GO FROM ONE JOKER TO THE NEXT AND EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE HAD GOOD SQUADS IN THE PAST THAT HAVEN'T BUILT A TEAM T CONTINUALLY PUSH FOR SUCCESS.
