Members Survey - Review Underway

Received a members email a couple of days ago with a members survey on it.

I suggest all members read and answer as has opportunities to mention many things discussed on this forum. About 40 questions.

Seemed to be a couple of questions that repeated themselves but definitely a chance to say not happy with things like memberships not being available prior to first game.

Also has questions where you can make suggestions etc to improve membership and the mariners game day experience etc.

I made special mention in the comments section about all home games being played in Gosford repeatedly. May not have been totally in context but hopefully they get the message!

1 of the questions near the end was asking what area you live in is

It was interesting that they weren't interested in knowing if you live in Sydney other than if you're on the North Shore. I had to put elsewhere in NSW, but I live in the inner west.

It's in your email. Link shouldn't be posted - if non-members are able to click here and do the survey then it fouls up the data.

One other comment I added that no one else has mentioned is changing the 5.30pm games to a 5pm. time slot and I said it was detrimental because HAL is a winter game being played in the Australian summer heat, or words to that effect.
Looks like they will have plenty of comment to read.

Me to. It was about what social media you use. Twitter Instagram Facebook. Under other I mentioned here for two reasons I don't use the others and to get some recognition maybe some promotion from the club as they are a sponsor or were

The data would be extracted directly by the club...surveymonkey is just the platform used to conduct the survey.

i had to do a similar survey for the FFA a few months ago
