ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

How many International standard players have we had at the Mariners?

I think we have had 6 that I can remember. Have I missed any?

I think we have had 6 real international standard players at CCM. Nik is close, but as he rarely plays, its hard to gauge just how good he is.

Weeelll, Sasho has played for Australia. So has Nik. Simon has played under-age Internationals.

Ahhh, what about Bosnich??

i'm sorry to say this but i reckon JA had the most impact

don't be sorry - he won us a premiership and i will always give him credit for that

however, don't underestimate the impact vidmar made on and off the park

this season shows that

Oh yeah definately Bosnich!  He was probably World Class.
What is this probably how many other players have won what he has won and still can make saves like this against Becks???

Great save by Bozza. What I want to know is why is he training with the choppers right now when he could be training and mentoring our keepers?

I've got no doubt LG is trying to get him up here but why isn't he here now? No disrespect to JC but I'm sure Bozza could have at least equal impact on the development of our keepers. Not to mention, he'd be very, very handy in the ACL.

What I read was that he was training with them for this match as his relatives live on the North Shore.

If LG wanted him he has not said anything or has the club made any offer to have him longer than the original spell but I can see him in Auckland next week to sit on their bench .

Mark Bosnich was the cheapest and a world class player for LG to play for CC compare with John A for each game played???
