ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Melbourne Victory v Sydney FC: big one, I think both sides are under the pump following losses to Newcastle and Perth respectively. Melbourne's disciplinary record could cost them this season, while Sydney were very poor in Perth.

Wellington Phoenix v Queensland Roar: amazingly, the Phoenix are in form, and will be confident of gaining something from this one. Queensland can't win at home but can pick up results on the road.

Adelaide United v Perth Glory: how will the travel factor affect this one? Perth are also on a high after beating Sydney and when you've got Harnwell and Rukavytsya up front they always have a chance. But I'm hopeful United can win and extend their lead at the top.

Nux and Qld to draw and then if Perth can manage a 7 goal win, the scum go bottom.

C'mon Perth you can do it :)

Nearly stuffed it though didnt he?

Credit to Sydney, their back 4 were superb (albeit helped by Allsopp at his crappest).

Bloody good turn out by the Cove too

That Aloi$i goal was only inches off being the miss of the season.

Sydney were impressive at the back although they were helped by a side who without Archie have no f**kin idea up front.

If Archie Thompson ever picks up an injury they are f**ked.

I thought the debutants from Sydney played very well.
I agree Fish! Just shows that there are good players in the NSW state league when 2 players come in and play like that. Also shows the gap between Mariners NYL team compared to Sydney they will get flogged next week.
Aloi$i was always going to score and he will start against us because he will be motivated to do well. I wouldnt mind that as Wilko is playing well at the moment and should keep him in check. Sydney will have to put out a similar squad to last night and we could realistically pick up 3 points away.
Melbourne were ordinary and long balls looking for Donkeyboy, was there only option. With the team on the field they should have played the ball along the ground with quick interchange of passing to catch Sydney out. I think Merrick is under a little bit of pressure especially with so much expected by the Victory Faithful.
