ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Can't hurt to try. I actually like the range of experts they have... doesn't seem to have any bias or hidden agendas. My only criticism would be that there needs to be another club CEO to compliment Edwin Lugt

I just watched the thing on the World Game website, and most of what was said is stuff that has been covered before. Fossie does love to talk, but he is extremely passionate which is good to see. There was a fair bit of FFA bashing and I if it isn't followed up by the FFA then it was a waste of time.

I think Edwin Lugt was the most helpful person there and is also the only one who has a position which can utilise what was said. Interestingly, he made comments at the end inferring that Lyall Gorman was a good appointment and that there has been progress in the last 5-6 months.

Sebastian Hassett (SMH columnist) was also someone who impressed me with what he had to say and talked about the difficulties he has in getting the opportunity to write positive news stories for the A-League.

There was a bit of talk about the Mariners and the community involvement during the first few years. As someone who doesn't live on the Coast, is that still there as it was or has it dropped off?

watched part of the video online at 5.00am for reasons which i wont go into why :)
as far as a forum goes, it was not too bad - if the forums continue to evolve into something more communicative between the audience and speakers rather than just straight question and answer i think more views will be put forward that we havent already heard already (journos and football personalities), fans have some great ideas and the FFA has done a pretty good job of not taking advantage of this
