Finals Corporate Box Tickets

Hi all

Noticed in the game thread the huge hike in ticket prices. Great to see the FFA, who set prices and pocket the money for finals series, screw us around,

I have done a price comparison because I have been investigating corporate ticket prices for a client.

The cost of an open corporate box is only $2 more than a platinum ticket. Corporate boxes are for a minimum of eight people. I also think that the Mariners are throwing in a signed jersey for all new corporate box clients.

But here is the kicker: if you buy a platinum ticket the money goes to the FFA but if you buy a corporate box the money goes to the Mariners.

What do you get with an un-catered outdoor box? Isn't it just a group of seats that are further away from the field?

More central, higher up and under cover but each to their own.

Would definitely beat some of the GA and Gold tickets that people have now and as I posted the money goes to the club and not the FFA

Don't have to go to the bar; they bring the drinks to you

Important: Information provided in this post must not be relied upon to decide whether to get an outdoor box. Patrons must check details of facilities themselves before making their decision as I haven't done this check

It was a genuine question. I personally don't get the appeal or really how they even differ from some platinum or gold seats in a similar position.

In the case of the finals series I agree it's a good idea though.

I think the platinum/gold vs a corporate box argument is that it's a similar price (as well as similar position) but the money goes to the club rather than the FFA?

I'm on the fence about getting one... I would probably end up in bay 16 anyway, no matter where my tickets are for.
