    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Independence from the board... the new age of media ... 1, 900 jobs to go... Australia's richest person wanting to HHHMMMM not sure but the fear is direct the paper what to print and what stories ... guessing some friendly mining stories and anti mining tax articles jump out...

Putting aside politics for a bit ... for the treasure to say this purchases puts our democracy at threat is a big call and IMO a gutsy call ...

Wonders aloud who cares But IMO it is a big story ...

I care. I think having people with very strong personal agendas be they form the left or right controlling large sections of the media is of massive concern.
