ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Hyundai A-League 2014 Semi Final
Western Sydney Wanderers v Central Coast Mariners
Saturday 26 April, 2014
Pirtek Stadium, Parramatta
Kick Off: 6.30pm
Gates Open: 5.00pm

We can win this if we are awake.

Looking to be a cracking hard fought game. We should have 6-7 bays of Mariners fans which will be good.

What do you think our starting 11 should be?

(I'd start the same 11 as vs. Brisbane).

Looking at our recent run in both comps:
WSW (W); Perth (L); Brisbane (W); FC Seoul (L); Adelaide (W); Sanfrecce (L)

We're due for a win, the boys will react as they have after the other losses. Exotic bonding and training week in Japan (the smart decision was made to be there 4 full days and separate the long haul flights) and now the clarification of just one goal still being attainable.

I'm positive.

I agree. Also Western Sydney will be full of confidence but that Chinese team they played the other night was rubbish and full of youth. They hardly turned up to play. We will be a lot tougher than that and it will frustrate them no end.

There are still GA tickets for sale so make sure all your friends get down to the game.

Atmosphere should be great. Can't wait.

Our boys are well rested - Got out of town to get away from the build up.

Same team Roar & AU now WSW for me.

Maybe swap Duke for Simon - Bring on Duke in 2nd half for extra time.

Would love an extra time win would be sweet

Simons gotta start, he is the freshest. Probably not the most effective though. Bernie will be well rested too, as is Fitz, so they'll both start.

Be interesting to see if Hutch or Anthony start alongside Monty, and who will get the nod in the AMC position.

start with 90 minute duke.
simon is a red card waiting to happen. against the ffa's team
Stat shows that neither CCM or WSW have received a red card this season (A League). The cleanest in the league in this regard.

After Adelaide's MMA tackle yellow - would be a pretty brave ref to give a red to WSW, us on the other hand would add to the FFA conspiracy

No matter what happens tomorrow the Mariners can hold their heads high & say "we gave it our best shot"
We lost most of last years team ,our coach ,Clarky & PT. & have still had a meritorious season that history will look at favourably upon.

I for one have no great expections for tomorrow.
I will go along & cheer for my team & no matter what the result, I will stand up & applaud their efforts this season.
At the end of the game I`d love to hear the fans sing "Mariner`s `til I die!" ala the Brisbane grandfinal.
It would be a fitting tribute to Phil Moss ,the staff & the players...

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
We see to be going one week on, one week off...BUT...factoring in the jet lag..this may prove to a difficult ask for the boys....mind you if we win, wont Poppa look ricockulous

it's clear the odds are stacked against us
they were stacked against us even making the finals
but what team is more likely to fight through those odds for a win then the Mariners? this club's fighting spirit is second to none. it is already gaining a legendary status as the team that can never be written off, the team that defies all the odds
how many teams have never yet even made a grand final?
we've been in half of them. and only one game away from 5 out of 9

whatever happens tomorrow we're already champions. if we lose i don't believe there's much more we could have done. but there is definitely only one team that can do it under these circumstances and until the final whistle i have every belief they'll do it again

go get 'em boys!

!!!CENTRAL COAST MARINERS!!!
