Just booked flights to Melbourne for game against Tards 7/11.... woo hoo $19 seats, go thursday back Sunday cant wait.

I just booked $85 one way to townsville with virgin
Jetstar make it hard, but I managed to score two flights to Melbourne. Arriving at 5:40 on Saturday night though 
I hope I make it in time for the game. Then fly out at 7 Sunday morning... The things I will do for a $19 flight!
The $19 flight deal is over now, but I have heard that Tiger Air are doing internet deals to Melbourne for $25... its no $19 flight, but its still good.

lol, been there, done that. It actually ended up costing me more than buying a normal return ticket. I only buy the cheap Townsville tickets now.... brother lives up there so have free accommodation.

Its not easy ... get in early, and just keep plugging away.. luck has a lot to do with it.I booked a flight to melbourne in a similar promotion a couple of months ago ... got on after quite a while, and after I paid for them, I realised I had booked the 6.00am flight instead of the 7.00am flight. have to catch the 2.45 train from Gos to make sure I get to the airport in time
