ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Mine is with the Public Trustee. They don't charge up front (well, they didn't when I did mine), they take their fee from your estate (a % of the probate value).

I dunno. I reckon it's cheaper to get a solicitor to prepare your will along guidelines you want, nominate your executors and then the fees are minimal. irc the Pub. T'ee charges quite a high %'age of your estate to administer the estate, ie. act as executors. imo

You use to be able to get a will kit from the post office if it's very straight forward.

Otherwise you will need a solicitor.

My grand mother had hers with them. What a nightmare. They were pathetic.

Wrong dates, wrong names on official letters. Took well over a year to sort out. They had to split 3 ways between siblings who all live together and are amicable. But one paid all the bills. This was to complicated for them, they couldn't calculate it that you had to take money from other two to compensate the other.

My uncle basically told them what to do. Absolute waste of time and money.

Local paper there is an ad in first few pages (front) for a seminar on wills and other related issues at the Gosford RSL. It's Free

Beware it will be light on info and is to get you in the door to get your business but since you are in need it maybe something you want to check out.
